The Catholic Schools of the Archdiocese are supported by all Catholics, and by the parents of those children of other religions who attend them as space permits. Therefore, it has been and remains, the policy of the Archdiocese to follow a pattern of open admission. Thus, all schools are open first to Catholic children within a parish, then to Catholic children outside the parish and then to all other children.
Considering the above, the policy for priority of acceptance is as follows:

● Registered, practicing and contributing parishioners of St. Jane Frances Church
● Non-registered parishioners
● Non-parishioners
St. Jane Frances School in the Archdiocese of Los Angeles, mindful of its mission to be a witness to the love of Christ for all, welcomes students of all race, color, national, ethnic, and religious origins to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students in this school.
Early Submission dates: January 1, 2024 through January 31, 2024. General Submission: February 1, 2024 through March 15, 2024 Late Submission: March 16, 2024 through May 1, 2024
Preschool, TK & Kindergarten Assessment Dates: March 15, 22; April 26; May 10 Students entering Grades 1-7 must attend a 1⁄2 day shadow day (8am-11am or 11am-2pm) during the 2023-24 school year to be considered for admission.

How to Apply
We encourage families to apply online as it simplifies submission and provides parents the ability to track the status of their child's application. To begin the Online Application process, Create an Account. Upon account creation, you will receive an email containing a verification link. Once your email address has been verified, log in to your account and Create A New Student Application for your child. You will then have the flexibility to log in and out of your account and access your open application.
A non-refundable fee of $37 must be submitted with each application.
After submitting the application, you will be able to track your admissions status at the school by logging in to your account. In addition, you will be able to print the completed application, monitor when the school receives any applicable supplemental forms and, if necessary, reprint the forms.
